FUTURE TECH SCHOOL SYSTEM
Prelude
Education is one of the basic human right enshrined in the constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. After 18th amendment to the constitution, the subject of Education has been delegated to Provinces. Government is making efforts in field of Education, but still more is to be done. Government has made 10 years of Education as compulsory, however, there are about 22.8 Million (aged 5-16 years) Out of School Children (OOSC) in Pakistan, which is 44% of the total population in this group (according to UNICEF). According to Government, Prime Minister has pledged that Out Of School Children (OOSC) shall be sent to school on priority but it’s easy said than done. Currently, the Literacy Rate is 62.8 % (Census 2021). Government has made effort to provide incentives like stipend and food at school; however, the improvement is very slow.
Keeping these factors in mind, role of Education in private sector is paramount in provisioning of education to the local populace. In this regard, “Kallar Kahar Township” has embarked on a journey involving challenges and risks. As Allama Iqbal says,
Muhabbat mujhey un jawanoon sey hai,
Sitaroon pe dalty hain to kamad
Translation: “I have love for those young men, who cast their command on the stars”
Naming the Project
On 19 January 2025, a Special Board Meeting was convened to finalize the name for our upcoming educational initiative. The meeting was chaired by our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and attended by all board members.

Following a comprehensive discussion and formal voting process, the Board proudly approved:

FutureTech School System is proudly dedicated to Begum Sarwar Sultana, a visionary philanthropist who championed education and women's empowerment in post-Partition Pakistan. Her tireless efforts to uplift communities—especially in Azad Poonch District—transformed traditional mindsets and opened doors to learning and equality.

Logo
School to have a logo in which” Tiger” shall be depicted. The reason to include Tiger in logo is due to its relationship with Power. According to Sir Francis Bacon, “Scientia Potentia Est” (meaning, Knowledge is Power), it is proven that the Knowledge has great power in literary or physical domain. According to Firdowsi, “Tava’na bu’d har ke da’na bu’d” (Mighty is the one who has knowledge). The idea has been conceived by Hashir Aamer.

Activity Room: A dedicated space designed for learning through play, where students can exercise their skills and interests in a fun and engaging way.
Play & Sports Areas: Our playground includes areas for sports, as well as sand pits, swings, and physical challenges to support muscle and brain development.
Science Laboratories: We have purpose-built laboratories for each science subject, providing a secure and supportive environment for hands-on experiments and scientific research.

Extra-Curricular Activities: A wide range of activities are embedded in our curriculum, including participation in national and international competitions like Spelling Bees and the Kangaroo Math Contest.
Boy Scouts & Girl Guides: All pupils have the opportunity to enroll in these programs to learn basic scouting and survival skills.
Tours & Visits: We organize regular educational and recreational tours to broaden students' horizons and provide them with new experiences.

Assembly Area: A dedicated space for morning assemblies, where students are encouraged to perform and showcase their talents. We give special importance to the National Anthem and Allama Iqbal's Du'a to instill a sense of national pride and purpose.
Lunch Area: Our open-air lunch area with benches and tables in a grassy, shaded setting provides a refreshing and social environment for students.
